Our striking 3 bedroom villa is located at Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. This is one of the most prestigious developments in the Orlando area, combining prime holiday location, upscale housing along with an 18 hole, 72 par championship golf course.                                                                                     
OUR SUPERB VILLA has got air conditioning in all rooms and with all the many extras and furnishings you will not want to go home. It comprises of  a beautiful  Entrance hall... Stunning Lounge area... open plan Dining area . 3 Beautiful bedrooms... 2 bathrooms... Fully equipped Kitchen... built in   Laundry Room which incorporates a washer/dryer, ironing board + iron... all Towels and bed Linens.... and there is also an excellent alarm system for our guests to use, Cable T.V's in all Bedrooms

The safety of your family is our utmost priority – the pool area is protected by door alarms for the security of young children.


The villa offers you the chance to relax in a very quiet peaceful location, with the benefit of only having to travel a short distance to all the local attractions.

“Visit the theme parks, play golf and then relax by the pool” – it does not get much better than this!!!

There is also FREE use of crib, high- chair,electronic-safe,  large gas barbecue for those meals cooked outdoors.Electronic dart board, DVD, Playstation with films and games to choose from.

On arrival at our villa ,you will be met by our management company who will advise you on all alarm codes etc.They will also give you any information you may require to make your stay at "Fairway Villa" the vacation of a lifetime.

*Late Check outs- Not flying home till late? This is not a problem as you could stay in our villa after the normal check out time. (Depending on the next  guests arrival times).

The pool area offers our guest privacy at the rear whilst they relax by the pool.

On the decking there are ample chairs and sun- loungers to relax on and for your pleasure  a free BBQ grill is available  for you..Also the 2 ceiling fans can give you that extra bit of breeze on a red hot

Just a note to say how delighted my family and I were with our recent stay at your villa in Florida.
 We couldnt  fault the Villa at all, it was a home from home for us. Extremely clean upon arrival and your agents were only a stones throw away to answer any questions, they were very helpful.
The villa itself was ideal for us. Very spacious and ideally located on a superb complex. We enjoyed coming back to the tranquillity (and the pool!!) after long days at theme parks !!
Being so close to all the major attractions was a big bonus for us, as were the local amenities that were a stones throw away.

I'd like to thank you both for helping to make our holiday so memorable.

We had a great time at your tasty villa. Our kids loved their "private pool"and we enjoyed sitting and relaxing while they played.

The theme parks were greatand the weather was perfect!We used theBBQ and it was great to have our own kitchen.

Dear Mary and Darrell,
This was not our first trip to Florida but it was the first time to a house like this.It was simply fantastic and we loved to come back to it after some long days at the attractions.My wife and i had seen them before so we went out to play golf.Our grown up children and our daughter in law enjoyed their stay very much.

How relaxing to arrive at such a lovely villa.The pool went down an absolute treat especially especially for the kids.

We had a lot of fun and adventures at the theme parks, but the kids always wanted to get back to go in the pool.
