   Living Area
With the 2 soft leather sofas, Chair and slate topped lounge tables the Living Area has been  furnished and decorated to give that welcoming feeling which makes you feel at home straight away. 
The T/V  is set in a cabinet  which also contains a DVD/Video player and Playstation  games console. In the lounge you will also find an  Hi-Fi system.

A warm elegance greets you upon entering the tiled hallway where you will find the hall table containing the " chest " which has numerous brochures for information you may require

Kitchen
This well equipped kitchen has all the items you need which include a large oven,large fridge/freezer which has its own ice-maker and water dispenser, dishwasher microwave, all the cooking utensils and cutlery/glasses you could wish for.
There is also an automatic bread making machine ..

 

As you exit the kitchen you enter the open plan Dining area which overlooks the pool .

      Main Bedroom
This truly stunning master bedroom  with its "Extra Large" (6ft) bed has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard . There is a huge walk in closet which gives guests ample room for their clothes.There is also a 25"  cable T.V. with remote,and telephone. 

   The main  bathroom includes a  large shower enclosure, large oval bath, , dual vanity unit, large ‘Hollywood’ style mirror and a fitted hairdryer.                                 

  Bedroom 2

Another luxurious double-bedroom  which hosts a Large Double bed(5ft) and again has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with its built-in-wardrobe.  Stylish bedding  finishes this room off and there is also a ceiling fan to move the cool air around. There is also an alarm clock and  cable T.V with remote.


                          

Twin Room  Our Twin room has a built in wardrobe and when you open the doors....... Watch out for Mickey!!!!!! Again this bedroom has been stylishly furnished and has twin-beds,  alarm clock and ceiling fan, TV/video with remote, . . 

Both Bedroom 2 and 3 share the 2nd Bathroom, tub, shower, vanity basin and toilet, a fitted  hairdryer is also supplied

The beautiful shaped Pool is also electrically heated and is set within the  deck area and large lanai. 
                

Shrubbery at the rear gives you that extra privacy .  

Go for that relaxing swim after a full day at the parks or just cool down after topping up that tan !!!

There are plenty of padded sun loungers, recliners etc for guests to sunbathe and relax.Table and chairs for that outdoor lunch as well as a free BBQ grill for your use.Also the 2 ceiling fans can give you that extra bit of breeze on a red hot day.

Relax by the palm trees while soaking up that Florida sun!!!
